As soon as you turn away, you come into the garden, and there are children making a fire with all their might, burning wood and paper and cardboard and declaring that they are very happy and they are children and therefore they simply have to light a fire!

Monday, March 9, back in the office — anxious overall, as Dubai is being hit, but air defense works well. We left remote to see how things go. Morning feels calm; I really hope it stays that way. Last week was jittery: kids at home, clients worried, sirens in the background
