About the project

One of my recent projects was developing an end-to-end conversational script for Fundmates, a US startup that allows YouTube creators to receive upfront funding directly through chat. Instead of complex forms or front-end panels, creators interact with the AI assistant through a familiar messaging interface, making the experience seamless and human.

My role

I mapped and prototyped the entire user journey, from YouTube authentication to analytics, personalized funding offers, and agreements.

The challenge was balancing transparency and trust (creators sharing sensitive data) with simplicity and speed (our goal is to complete the entire process in five minutes).

Design process

Working in the fast pace of design sprints, I created wireframes, UX copy for conversations, and high-fidelity prototypes that we tested with real creators in an iterative manner.

I focused on the tone of communication, the clarity of every step, and the micro-interactions that make AI more accessible rather than transactional.
