This is a project of the guys from Ryazan, who developed a technology for optimizing engine operation, and now my task is to correctly “land” this product in Dubai, ensuring legality and correct positioning.
Marketing strategy and start
My role is to shape the brand's journey in a new market. I am preparing the basis for the official appearance of INKO-ENERGY in the Emirates: from analyzing competitors to building a sales chain. This is not just the supply of goods, but the creation of a full-fledged infrastructure, which includes import, storage and a network of points for installing systems.
Registration and legal support
For this project, I chose to register a company in the jurisdiction Dubai Mainland. This is critically important, since only such a license allows you to legally open service areas for installing equipment on cars throughout the city. I accompany all stages: from obtaining a license with codes for trading spare parts and repairing electronics to obtaining visas for the team.

The essence of technology: Economy and ecology
The guys' product is a hydrogen generator (HHO), which is connected to the intake system of the internal combustion engine. The technology allows reducing fuel consumption by up to 40% and reducing the amount of harmful emissions. The system is safe, does not require hydrogen storage under pressure and does not introduce changes to the engine design.
Visual upgrade and premium segment
Understanding the specifics of the Dubai market, I proposed changing the current “industrial” look of the device to a premium form factor. To penetrate the hypercar and luxury fleet segment, we package the technology in a stylish die-cast package. This turns an engineering device into an aesthetic automobile accessory that does not raise questions among owners of premium brands.

Scientific potential and R&D
In addition to hydrogen systems, I help the guys convey their scientific achievements in the field of parametric resonance. Their experiments with magnetic circuits and nonlinear inductance are the basis for creating efficient energy converters, which in the future may even find application in electric vehicle charging systems.
Certification (SGS and Intertek)
One of my main priorities is the complete legalization of the product. I oversee the process of interaction with international centers SGS And Intertek. Our goal is to obtain a certificate of conformity ECAS (MoIAT)to guarantee the safety of the equipment and eliminate any difficulties for customers when undergoing technical inspection at the RTA.
Applied Marketing
I focus promotion on practical benefits: increasing engine life, cleaning cylinders from carbon deposits and real savings for commercial fleets. My task is to show large businesses in the UAE that Ryazan developments can effectively optimize their logistics costs.
Resume
I believe in the potential of this project and help knowledge-intensive businesses from Russia become part of the global market. We are combining the Russian engineering school and my capabilities in bringing brands to the UAE to create a success story, started in Ryazan and scaled in Dubai.
