Many people think that I changed my profession. In fact, I just changed the monitor to city scale.

After more than 12 years of designing interfaces for complex products in companies such as Yango Dubai (our native Yandex), and before that in Keytom, and before Dubai, in general, in “Square Meter” and in several other large companies, I realized: the most important “system” with which we interact every day is not an application in a smartphone, but the space in which we live.

Study at SPI Dubai

I remain a designer at heart, but now my product is yours User Experience (UX) in Dubai. I have officially joined the team SPI Dubai, and today is my second day as a licensed broker after intensive training at their academy.

Our group at the SPI Dubai Academy is the guys who reached the end and received certificates

Three weeks at the academy SPI Dubai turned into a real immersive sprint: a tight schedule, lectures from the agency’s top brokers and constant visits to developers to study objects “in the fields.”

This was not a dry theory - we absorbed the living experience of those who close the most complex transactions in the Emirates every day. This pace allowed me to immerse myself as deeply as possible into the specifics of the market and understand how everything really works here: from legal subtleties to the architectural nuances of each district.

The final test was an exam that stretched over two days in a row. I’ll be honest: at first it was really scary - the volume of information and the level of responsibility were off the charts. But this drive and rigorous testing of knowledge gave me great results and confidence in my abilities.

I'm going to take the exam to become a real estate broker and at the same time I'm speaking the text

Now, having gone through such a serious immersion, I am ready to broadcast this expertise further and help you navigate Dubai real estate, relying on a solid foundation and understanding of all the internal processes of the city.

What is UX in real estate?

In IT and product design, it’s about the absence of “friction,” intuitive navigation and benefit. In life, it's how your daily scenario is designed.

If the route from the bedroom to the kitchen in your new apartment is inconvenient, and the logistics from home to school Raffles World Academy turns into daily stress - this is a planning bug that cannot be corrected by updating the software.

I'm here to audit these bugs before you sign the contract. I look at a house as an interface: I evaluate ergonomics, “User Flow” within the space and how the object will meet your real needs in 5 years.

LiveDXB Portal

In parallel with my work at the agency, I am developing a portal LiveDXB. com. This is not just another real estate portal, but a full-fledged “city knowledge base” (City Knowledge Base).

LiveDXB
Life in Dubai
Link to the site, but it is still Under Construction, it will appear online soon!

My goal is to create an independent ecosystem for those who live or plan to live in Dubai. There will be no advertising slogans here, only honest analytics, analyzes of areas through the prism of infrastructure and practical guides - from choosing a school to finding pet-friendly communities. LiveDXB is an open project where I share my resident experience accumulated over 4 years so that your “login” to the city is as seamless as possible.

My approach is based on real data and life “without filters”. I have three children who study here, I live in a villa in Umm Suqeim and I know this city from the inside, and not from the window of a tourist bus.

IN SPI Dubai I plan to introduce exactly this culture of product analysis: no pursuit of quick “success” - only numbers, logic and focus on human comfort.

This is my second day in a new industry, but I came here with a clear terms of reference: to make the Dubai real estate market understandable, transparent and truly user-friendly.
