Context and role
I came to M2 at the stage of an idea and a blank canvas. As a lead product designer, he led a team of four designers and was responsible for the Deal Desk, a key area that generates the main revenue. From the first day - about speed, clarity and results.

Balance of business, legal entity and user
Our task is to turn raw hypotheses into working tools for the real estate market, maintaining a triple balance: business goals, legal requirements and real user experience. No compromises on interface clarity or script transparency.

Area of responsibility and product coverage
Designed an end-to-end ecosystem: from marketing landing page and first contact to step-by-step mortgage flow and personal accounts. Led tracks: mortgage brokerage service, electronic registration, remote signing and online transaction - a single experience without interruptions.


Work without legacy = speed
The advantage of the project is zero legacy. The foundation was laid from scratch: fast iterations, fixing logic to code, sequential assembly screen by screen and state by state. Clean architecture, precise interface language, hints exactly where they are needed.


Product R&D and prototyping
A big part of my role is product R&D: regular interactive prototypes as a decision-making tool. We checked user behavior, validated hypotheses and polished compliance processes before setting development tasks - saving time and money.


B2B/B2C scale and partner tools
The project was developed simultaneously for “business to business” (B2B) and “business to consumer” (B2C): an internal roadmap plus partner solutions for major players in the mortgage and development markets. The requirements for reliability and consistency are basic, not optional.

Key user flows
Made the mortgage flow transparent and predictable: clear requirements and feedback at every step. Electronic registration and remote signing were designed to be “humane” with a high level of legality: fast, understandable, without bureaucratic viscosity.
Outcome and impact
It wasn't just about screens - it was about building a company through a product. Strategy, operations and UX went together. Each decision had an impact on the way people bought property: fewer dead ends, more clarity and confidence that the platform was on the user's side.
