January 2018 – September 2018
Senior Product Designer
🫡 Worked at Luxoft from January 2018 to September 2018 senior product designer
In 2018, VTB Bank is transferring the group's divisions to a single information platform, the Corporate Business Portal. The project provides for the introduction of tools for cross-functional interaction between group employees, a platform for the bank’s corporate business call center, and also involves the use of intelligent information processing algorithms.
The Wolf of Wall Street
In 2018, VTB Group transferred its divisions to a single platform "Corporate Business Portal" (CBP): cross-functional interaction, call center workplace, smart data processing and unified scenarios for the front office.
We sat in "Federation Tower" in Moscow City: glass to the sky, badge-turnstiles, negotiations on the schedule. I came out of the elevator in a blue jacket, shirt and tie - a little “Wolf of Wall Street”, but in fact - this was the engineering of business processes and interfaces.
My role
My tasks as an outstaff designer from Luxoft included supporting the sections of the PKB “Clients”, “Reports” and “Sales”.
What did you do about the product?
In "Clients" we collected consolidated 360° card: transactions, interactions, documents, limits - all in one screen with quick actions and role-based visibility of fields.

In "Sales" - funnels and plan-fact, statuses, reminders, visual risk markers. I thought about it separately empty states, skeleton loading and hints - so that the interface remains “alive” even with heavy data.

In “Reports” I designed interactive dashboards with smart filters, saved views and export.

Bottom line
PKB has become not just a “portal”, but working workplace for corporate business: faster access to data, fewer clicks in typical scenarios, a single visual language and predictability.
And for me this was an important stage - design at the level of a large financial machine, where the beauty of the interface is measured by the speed of the transaction and the calmness of the operator on the line.
