Perhaps many rental services in Dubai offer Teslas for rent, but I used the Motorshare application: there you can rent a Tesla starting from 99 dirhams per day + 4 dirhams for each kilometer driven.
In 9 days I drove 15676 km and paid a little more than 4071.74 dirhams.
